Change of Mind Policy

We do NOT offer refunds for change of mind.

Change of mind requests are only eligible for exchanges
Exchanges for change of mind are limited to:
Sizing up or down
Requesting a different size of the same item
Exchanges Only (Wrong Size)
If you ordered the wrong size, this ONLY qualifies for a return/exchange
We do NOT offer refunds for incorrect size selections
Please check sizing charts carefully before purchasing
Damages or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
Clear photos of the damaged product
A photo of your receipt or proof of purchase

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or exchange
